Client:  GTS HVAC, Inc. is a certified, women-owned contracting firm that designs, fabricates, installs and services residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.  Customers include public and private sector general contractors, building owners, real estate brokers and homeowners in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. Tamara Sundby has owned and operated the business with her husband, Greg, for the past four years. 

Project:  Develop a comprehensive strategic business plan to guide business decisions, support growth and communicate these strategies to employees, subcontractors, banks, bonding companies and customers.

Our Part:  Edgestone Consulting was engaged to provide consulting services for the company and individual leadership coaching for the company’s CEO.
