How Does a Group Session Work?
All group sessions are facilitated to ensure the meetings are productive and engage all participants. Expert content is delivered by Wendy Kram and select guest presenters. Participants enjoy interactive discussions and hands-on work. Learning from the group sessions is reinforced and supported in the individual coaching sessions.
What can I expect from individual coaching sessions?
The individual coaching sessions are designed to help you take the learning from the group sessions, apply it to your situation and get into action on new ideas. The coach will provide accountability, help drive clarity and support you in the pursuit of your goals.
